Yes.. The best one to get is the one from jd's customs and fabrication.

Q: I’ve been hearing from a lot of people on Dyna groups that this doesn’t come with the top riser mounting bracket. Is this true?

It comes with both top mount bracket (for upper triple tree) and lower mount bracket (for lower triple tree/headlight extension block). The only thing you’ll need to buy extra is a headlight extension block, I used Memphis shades one, it’s like $35. You can use JD Customs or MoonsMC as well, but they’re more expensive.

Q: I have an 05 fxdxi. it states for 06+ would i need to mod, if so what?

In all honestly I'm not sure. Its supposed to be mounted directly under your top triple tree and on top of your bottom triple tree. I have a 2013 FXDB and It fit exactly however you need to make sure you by jd custom headlight block or moons mc headlight block for your headlight to fit flush. Its kinda a experience because you may need spacers for how you want your headlight to sit or how you mount the fairing. For me I mounted it higher than its supposed to so had to make mods...they don't come with directions so its a lil confusing but they have some good videos on YouTube on how to install.
