Comfortable, lightweight, long battery range, easy to maneuver - love it!
I bought it at the end of May, but only had my first opportunity to use it yesterday (early July). I was first impressed by how little space it takes up. It loads in the back of our minivan with no disassembly at all, but if I want to put it in the trunk of my car, I can lift the seat off, fold down the steering arm and there is still plenty of room in the trunk. It will even fit in the trunk of my wife's Mustang! It's light enough for me to lift by myself if necessary (though it is much easier if one person grabs the front and another the rear). The first thing I did when I received it was to charge the battery. Then it sat for a month and a half before using it. Last night we took it to the Boardwalk in Daytona Beach and I drove it around there for a good 3 hours. The meter still shows a full charge! It's very comfortable to ride and I like how the seat swivels so I can get to a table somewhere and stay seated on it instead of having to find somewhere to put it. Then the seat locks back straight to ride it.It maneuvers tight spaces very well and it has a low center of gravity. One section of our route had a pretty steep incline, leaning the scooter pretty sharply to the left, but it gave no sign of tipping over. So far, this has been money well spent!

Unbelievable Scooter for the Price!!! Thank you ALL!!!
I've had two back surgeries (and a third to come).I can truthfully say that my Spitfire Scout Scooter has saved my teaching career.I unpacked and assembled the scooter relatively easily.I went to charge the battery, and it was fully charged right out of the box. When I transported it to school, I put it in the back of my wife's Fiesta.I loaded it and unloaded it relatively easily, by myself.I used it from January to March 12th, everyday at school. It holds it's charge great. I have only had to charge it twice (and I drove it around the school, a lot)!!!Now that we are in quarantine with the COVID 19 pandemic, my scooter is stuck at school. When restrictions are loosened and we are able to get back to our classes, I will be using my scooter daily.I drive a 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with all of the bells and whistles. So, I consider myself a pretty good judge of vehicles.I wish I could give this product more than 5 stars. It has been a career saver and virtually a life saver for me.On top of selling fantastic products, Living Well Store's customer service is also top notch!Thank you so much, Drive Medical, for making a product that is helping myself and so many more (with physical limitations)! You simply can't go wrong with this scooter and the people (including Amazon Prime) involved in getting it to you!!!Sincerely,George Fresta

Tuff, well built little rascal!
I originally bought this for my wife because I was over the recommended weight on this scooter. When I set it up and rode it, it pulled me with absolutely no problem. I went on vacation and rode this all over the docks of Norfolk Virginia and all over downtown and it did great! Had no problem carrying me and the battery life lasted and was strong the entire time. I'm not recommending that anyone exceed the recommended weight on this, but if anything, this little scooters power is under rated in my opinion. I am going to be purchasing another one for my wife since both of us are disabled and have trouble with walking and with mobility. It's a great product! A very well built scooter at a fantastic price!!

Excellent purchase
Wonderful product. My mother had me order this so that she could get around. I was very leary of how well the battery would hold up when going to town. We were in walmart for at least two hours and by the time we got back outside to the vehicle she still had green lights on her battery power! I could not believe how well the battery pack held up. We purchased the battery that would last up to 15 miles. I was amazed. The scooter itself was very wasy to put together. Runs very smoothly and makes very little noise. It seems to go much faster than the store scooters which makes shopping with my mother MUCH quicker!!! Soooo glad she purchased this. She has been extremely pleased with it also! No regrets!!!

Awesome customer service
I been using this scooter for around 3 years now. I bought the 5 year warranty that covered everything including the batteries. Messaged the company when the batts needed replacing and they did it without hesitation and a pretty fast turn around

Warranty doesn't cover anthing
When the mobility scooter goes over a threshold or an expansion joint in the concrete and stops with a beeping noise that continues until the key is turned off.We can't depend on going to Silver Dollar City and driving on smooth asphalt or concrete without the scooter stopping and beeping. Turning the key off and back on doesn't help most of the time but sometimes it starts back up again, but not very often.I sent this information to Amazon who then sent my complaint to Living Well Stores, Inc. I guess I didn't explain myself very well because they think I'm using the "Spitfire Scout" off road I was at Silver Dollar City, Branson, MO, NOT jumping ditches. It's never been used on any surface other than concrete and asphalt. A cobble stone area before going into a restaurant at SDC, the scooter stopped immediately and nothing I could would get it going. I had to push the scooter through the restaurant after switching it into neutralIf you can't count on your mobility scooter getting you back to your car then I'm not wanting to keep trying to push it around. I might as well get a wheelchair.Avoid this scooter. The five year warranty doesn't cover poor workmanship or design
