I don't usually review and honestly when I received the product I was not sure it was going to work. The 4 part doggie flaps really didn't look like they were going to work or hold up. One piece fell off quite quickly just like some of the pictures showed but I figured I would give it a try. It has been almost 2 months and I am pleasantly surprised. The flap closes and stays closed even in the windy desert. 3 dogs use it daily, german shepherd, cattle dog and pomapoo. Occasionally the flap comes loose but really think its meant to do that based on design. If you want a flap that stays closed this design really does work.

This is a good solution for pet access with a taller sliding patio door, super easy to install. Can only give 4 star because it does not come with any hardware to secure it in the opening (other than a spring tension) and no hardware to secure the patio door. I had to purchase other items to secure the door

I use it as a doggie door. It did not come with a stress bar for security or any way to lock the flap cover sleeve.

Love this pet door panel. I have 2 5lb. Yorkies. They love going in and out of door on their own on to the screened room. It was easy to install. Very sturdy. Looks great with my new high impact door. It is hard for my doggies to push the double flaps open. I took one flap off and most of the time leave the flap open with a piece of velcro. It may also be due to my little stubborn kids.

Horrrible horrible product with horrible nonsensical instructions to assemble, truly garbage

It was the right size. But the inside was messed up and did t fit together correctly

Easily installed it in 15 minutes on 9/1/2021 in Phoenix, AZ, with the only tool used being scissors to trim the insulation strip applied on each side. Very functional in all aspects. The energy efficiency seems fine ... I haven’t paid much attention to it, but if I ever notice excess heat or a draft, it would be simple to add additional insulation strips. The pet door itself works great; my cat started using it right away. I’m very pleased with the product.

Okay, after the reviews and major decision making we got this animal door. Fast forward to today.. its wonderful. We had to make adjustments to how it fit our very large slider and how to keep the cold air out. Its a work in progress. However, we are very happy with the door! There are just to many things you must fiddle with to make it your own. It is exactly what we wanted and are now working the kinks out of our setup!!
