I gave as gifts. I ordered one and gave to someone and then, after receiving and gifting the first one, I reordered another one just like it to give as another gift. All I can say is that they are truly beautiful!!! The quality of these are excellent!! I read some reviews before purchasing the first one and saw really good reviews and a few not so good, but the good outweighed the bad, so I took a chance and went for it! All I can say is that when I opened the box for the first time and seen it, my jaw dropped!!! I was so very amazed at how excellent and beautiful and high quality this piece was!!!! I couldn’t wait to give it to the person I was giving it to. I had bought a lighted base to put it on and when I gave it to them, they cried!! They couldn’t believe how amazingly beautiful this piece was. It was a picture of his deceased brother, and it looked even better than the picture I sent to them to use, but it looked just like him! The quality was above excellent and its 3D, so you can see their profile and the back of them, it’s just amazing, it really is! They showed it to several people who also cried and loved it and was so touched by its beauty! I reordered another one right away for the mother of the person in the picture who had passed and she was so touched and both people that recieved them, said they felt like he was right there with them! It is truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this item and this company that makes it!! They were very fast, the item came beautifully packaged in a beautiful blue fancy box and wrapped and protected very well with a large sticker on the outside of the box that said handle with care!!! I couldn’t believe the price either!! It was an amazing price for a gift that is so personal and lovely!! I cannot say enough about this item or this company!!! I was blown away and so impressed with every detail!! I will be ordering again, it is a perfect gift especially when you do t know what to give someone, they would love it!!! I highly highly highly recommend this item but only with this company!!!! Excellent and thank you to them for these beautiful pieces that totally was an honor to give!!! Thank you again!!!

This item came fast, for that I am happy. I wanted to give this to my husband for Father's day from his fur baby. I don't know what happened but it seems like they super imposed another picture of a German Shepard or something over my pug's face and somehow gave her a long nose. It looks nothing like a pug. Now I don't have a present to give him and I can't show it to my pug as she is a bit of a diva and if she saw that it would make her sad. I just wanted to update this. I contacted the seller and they did give me a full refund. For that I am thankful a bit disappointed but they did try to make things right.

I bought this for my mother in law for a Christmas present and I am blown away at the quality for the price and size. In comparison to similar sizes from other companies, this was cheap but you would never know it. The etching is perfect and looks exactly like my in-laws do in person, minus the color. I would recommend to a friend and I will be buying more as gifts for others! Buy this, you won’t regret it!

My brother died unexpectedly so I wanted to something to give my mother for Mother's Day. She LOVED it. It is very high quality.It was thicker and shorter than I thought it would be - but seems necessary to project the truly magnificent quality of the 3D.

I ordered this item on October 26th for my cousin's wife when he passed away. It was delivered on October 30th! I was astounded at the speed at which this item was made, packaged, and delivered! She was so happy when she received this crystal because it turned out so beautifully. It was a perfect rendition. This is the second one I've ordered, I've already ordered another, and plan to order more as gifts. Do not hesitate to order one of these crystals, along with a lighted display plate. My cousin's wife really liked the one I chose that changed colors. Your gift recipient will be very happy when they open this gift from you, I promise!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Got this as a gift for my dad's birthday and he loves it. The crystal is sturdy and beautiful. The lighted base unfortunately was noisy as heard in my video attached. I did contact the seller about this and the base was replaced for a new one (great customer service!) which is much quieter but not 100% silent. You can also just use lighted base without rotation which does eliminate the noise. I would recommend this item as a great gift. Gave this a 4 star due to base issue.

Bought as gift. Ordered Thursday afternoon. Shipped Thursday evening. Received Monday night. WOW.The quality meets expectations. Clarity and fidelity to the photo is excellent. The process was simple and easy. I kind of don't think it is truly worth $64 but hey, they're out to make money. $50 would be better price for the medium.BTW, this thing is hefty and substantial...all in a good way. Would buy again for the right circumstances, even to treat myself.
