Works really well. She went from the 11% to the 37% in a year and a half. I am now using it under the guidance of a GI specialist and a dietitian for the same purpose. Please seek doctor opinions before using it for this purpose. My daughter is almost completely dependent on theses shakes for food. Your child may not have the same issues and may need therapies to help. That being said if you are looking for a cost effective alternative to any of the higher priced shakes, these have higher calories, and I have not had any issue getting her to drink this.
