No, not in my experience. It was true to size, possibly a bit big.

Q: Was this dress really made with 100% cotton?

As the description clearly states, this is cotton-linen blend, and it does not state anywhere that it is 100% cotton. The fiber content label on my dress matches the description exactly - 55% cotton, 45% linen.

Q: Could the neckline cut be low enough to breastfeed with?

Possibly. It may be awkward depending on how loose the neckline is on you.

Q: So..IF you normally wear a size 16/44 Bust-Is the XL dress here-with 47" bust going to be way to big? Or...? Do i buy my Bust size or Dress size??

Depending on the style or cut, I wear 12-14/L-XL dresses (5'10"). I got this dress in large. It fits loosely, as intended, with a bit more space at the bust than I need; most of the space is needed in the hip area. If I was shopping for 16/44, the x-Large would be my choice. You can always take in a little down both sides, if you have a sewing machine, since it doesn't have a waist band to deal with. The dress is really cute and comfortable.
