I've tried a few mounts for my MagSafe charger, but none compare to the Scosche MSHWDPD20 MagicMount. It's the ideal choice if you want a future-proof design. Unless Apple decides to drastically change MagSafe (which seems unlikely), this mount has you covered.I highly recommend using it without a case for the best fit. With Apple's MagSafe, charging is faster and seamless. The fit is perfect, and it feels like it's tailored for my device. Say goodbye to fumbling with other mounts – this one is a game-changer.

What I like about this product is it uses the MagSafe charger for convenience and quick charging. That’s about it.I thought for the $30 sum bucks that I paid, The unit would have come with a few extra magnets to accompany the MagSafe charger for a better hold, barely holds up when you bump it, bumpy roads?, forget about it, and heaven forbid the plastic ball mount take any kind of torque, less than a week and it snapped right off trying to make an adjustment, subzero temp rated? It does go in a car, I’d hope so. But worthless garbage now. Back to the old scosche I suppose.

It holds the mag charger with an iron grip, adheres well to the windshield but my iphone comes flying off every time I hit any bump. This is my 1st window mount so I cant say if its just this one or a common issue. But for the $$$$ I spent on my Iphone, this is not will NOT keep my phone safe.

This product does "not" work if you have a cover for your phone. If you do not use a cover, this product if great! Unfortunately, I use a phone cover. I have the Apple silicone cover. The cover has a spot that protects the camera lens. This hits the edge of the holder. Any little bump in the road and the phone falls off. I tested the holder without a cover and it works great!I used the product, so I would not return it, so... I modified it by cutting away the part of the holder that hit my cover. Now it works perfectly. I would invite the manufacturer to talk to me about how to modify the holder so that it works "all the time" not just on a phone without a holder.

This is hands down the best looking phone mount I have ever put in my car.It looks fantastic and his a SOLID hold on the phone. It charges vary fast and is the best functioning mount I’ve used. It’s 90% of what I’ve wanted in a car mount for my phone since I got my first non charging magic mount from Scosche. The MagSafe charger really grabs things and no bumpy road is going to knock your phone loose. Love that.The suction cup is ultra sticky just like every other Scosche magic mount I’ve ever bought. I’ve never had a Scosche mount fall off anything or lose suction. Once you put it where you want it, it takes some reasonable effort to get it loose again.The only flaw is due to the MagSafe charging puck. If your car has been sitting in the sun for awhile the metal ring around the puck gets HOT and won’t charge until your your AC cools it off a bit.

I love the product but read carefully cause u need a MagSafe charger that goes into it

Thought this was going to be perfect, it started out being the perfect fit for my car. It fit in a corner on the vehicle flat screen. All was good for about 300 miles then "BAM" , the phone fell off the I-phone magnet charger or at least I thought. Come to find out the neck broke just above the ball and I'm looking at this thinking...REALLY!! Was thinking of glueing it back together but the plastic seems cheap and it will probably break again.

Phone falls off every time you drive over a bump. Really annoying

This worked for me but the extending arm piece of the holder was not included in the package. Fitted onto my existing Scosche glued-on ball mount so it worked for me because I had enough space for the phone to fit. Misleading though.

One star deducted for inoperative / unserviceable USB C cigarette lighter charger. I used a higher wattage charger I happened to already have. Will attempt to sort out with Amazon/Scosche.Otherwise, a very solid Magsafe compatible mount for an iPhone 13.- Scosche unit mounts solidly to windscreen with suction (lever actuated).- Apple MagSafe charger (sold separately) mounts precisely and securely inside Scosche unit (friction fit + small amount of adhesive tape).- Rock solid magnetic phone-to-mount attachment when using either an Otterbox case (iPhone 13 Aneu Series Case with MagSafe) or Pitaka case (MagEZ Case 2 for iPhone 13). Mounting is slightly assisted because the camera bump lips on these cases protrude 1mm or so, and partially sit on top of the Scosche mount.- I've only used the naked (no case) iPhone 13 on the mount once, seemed fine.Recommended.
