I didn't get the cargo net. But work great easy to use.

I must say this bag was big enough to stick four suitcases in. I noticed after about 500 miles of my vacation, the area where the material was not tight against the inside contents, there were stress marks in the fabric around the front corners. I would give a little more information if I could, but I spent the night at the Howard Johnsons hotel in Albuquerque New Mexico, and when I woke up and went out to the vehicle someone(s) had cut the nylon straps of the locked bag and stole all my clothes, except for the bag I took into the hotel. Of course, the theft wasn't covered under my full coverage policy, because it was not part of the vehicle.

The luggage carrier was a little challenging to install the 1st time but after that my husband had it down with no issues. Secure and waterproof!

Did not come with necessary net mentioned in description. Couldn't use it.
