Great size easy to install
I don't understand why an ice machine wouldn't have a freezer on it to keep the ice from melting! Other than that we love the machine.

Not as Advertised/poor customer service
Ice maker will heat up a small room and then will give a error due to the heat. So there needs to be very good ventilation and air conditioning with this unit.Storage capacity is possibly as large as 40 lbs. not 100 lbs.Addition to earlier review. It appears the water pump has failed after 1 year and 8 months. Customer service says sorry there is nothing they can do because it is out of warranty. I was not asking them to repair the unit just the replacement part number so I could repair. After days back and forth they said they would not sell the part or provide the part number. I am sure that I can find a replacement pump but it will be some trial and error I am sure.Was able to find a generic water pump and start making ice again.This will be my last review update on this machine. It is headed for the trash. I did not believe it possible for this machine to go below my lowest expectations but I was wrong. I am so lucky that I was at home when this happened so I was able to minimize the damage to my home. It appears the internal wiring shorted out and caused a fire.
