Beautiful finish, sturdy foam packaging
Beautiful ambient warm light and bright. These are so well packaged that upon arrival my worries were eased that the filaments might get damaged.Beautiful so far. Bright and love the gold finish at dusk and during the day. I used them to avoid direct eye contact with the element vertically instead of the convention use. Love them this way as it shows off this beautiful bulb. Would be great in a unique art light fixture too with exposed bulb.

Absolutely gorgeous
The media could not be loaded. Wow, the pictures on the site do not do these justice. They're a beautiful gold color (not dark as the appear in the pics) and the light when they are turned on is nice and bright. These are stunning, really worth the price. I love them, so happy i bought them

Cut down on glare
These definitely cut down at unwanted glare. I have no flickering, an excellent purchase.

Don’t hesitate - but these!
I purchased both the metallic gold and black - I didn’t even open the blk as the gold was PERFECT! While you lose some of the direct illumination (in my case, direct light is what I was hoping to minimize) the light effect is gorgeous!! The first photo is traditional light bulbs - the second, with the metallic gold - what a stunning difference!

Looks great in a 3 tiered lamp!
We have a floor lamp that has three fixtures that are bell-shaped and only allow light to come straight down. This can be a bit harsh if you are sitting nearby or directly under it. We found that using these dipped bulbs allows only the peripheral light, which makes for a softer glow that is still bright enough to read or work by. The gold color also complimented our lamp as well! These are fantatic if you want more ambient light!

They do flicker
These are great light bulbs. The black out top works excellent for keeping the light out of your eyes. However they do occasionally flicker or pulse.

very classy
These elegant gold-dipped bulbs will update your lamp nicely. I tried them in an overhead ceiling fan. Looking up at the bottom of the bulbs it was great. But LEDs can be a bit glaring, which I noticed when looking at the bulbs from a side angle. If you have a small lamp placed just below eye level, the glare would not be a problem.
