Yes it will as well as a variety of other sizes. I only use this tool when making flying geese or star quilts. It’s an excellent tool!!!

Yes, this is wing clipper 1 which creates flying geese .5”x1, 1x2, 1.5x3, 2x4, up to 5x10 Wing Clipper 2 creates 3/4”x1.5, 1.25x2.5, 1.75x3.5 up to 4.75x9.5.
