PrettyDiva 1g Holographic Powder Rainbow Unicorn Chrome Nails Powder Manicure Pigment Top Grade

I have had this product for two days...and I have had sooooo much fun with it I almost used it all!!! I am the "Gramma" that does everybody's nails...and I can't wait!!! Hard to photograph in the sun but I want to share some of my pictures. Sorry not better...but hard to capture the beauty of this powder. It has been many years since I have been this excited about something new for manicures, and I have been doing them since I was 14...right now I am 57. I rarely write reviews but this product I need to share my excitement!!! I have also enclosed some photos from another product I ordered from Pretty Diva...they are my "go to" from now on!!! Their other metallic powders are the best of the best...I could go on and on...and I am a pro at it now so if anyone needs any tips just add to comment and I would LOVE to assist...5 stars...no TEN STARS!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for igniting some new excitement on something that is so important in a woman. When you meet someone for the first time it is a proven theory they notice your hands almost first thing. I know that to be true now because everywhere I go I do get compliments on my nails and they want to know where to get it!!!Thanks for taking the time to read...after I reviewed the product had to take a couple more pictures of their chrome powder to share...the one wheel with other colors showing is the powder OVER those colors instead of just black. Putting it over coral was absolutely beautiful!!!

The media could not be loaded. This holographic powder is honestly really great for the money. It is a small amount but a little goes a long way and I have already done multiple manicures and it still looks full. It works best with gel color and a no wipe gel top coat. To get the best results I found that you should prep your nails and buff them a bit then apply a gel foundation. Cure that and then add your coats of gel color. After the gel color add the no wipe top coat and cure for only about half the time you need too. Then get the powder and dab it all over your nail then rub it in in circular motions all over your nail. Put on another coat of the no wipe top coat, cure for half the time you need to, then add another layer of the chrome powder. Finish off with one more coat of the no wipe top coat and cure for full time. This stuff is great! And I'm not a professional and this is a honest review! I've found that gel colors that look great under the powder is blues, black, purple, green. :)

Terrible product. I have been using other holographic brands for a while now. I decided to try this brand and instantly regretted it. This product was used with non clense gel top coat like the instructions stated. But it did not give the holographic effect. It looks like i unevenly slathered grey shimmer on my nails. It was very splotchy and dull even after top coat was painted on top. I even thought maybe it was my light. I let it cure for 30 secs, 45, 60, and 90 seconds but nothing worked. I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone.

I couldn't get it to look like the pictures. I watched youtube videos doing it different ways. One was to put gel topcoat on then let dry for a minute. Another was to cure it then put the powder on. Then another layer of clear gel topcoat. It gives you a rainbow look but we couldn't get the mirror look. it is a very tiny container and was only about half full if that. Also if you use this, it is very time consuming.

This stuff is so much fun and so easy to use! I was so excited to receive it in the mail I had to do a few fingers real quick. I have a week and a half old pale green Gelish manicure already on, so decided to go ahead and use this over it. I filed off the shine from my existing manicure and wiped it do With alcohol to remove all of the dust. I used the PrettyDiva no wipe top coat, and cured it with my Sally Hanson LED UV light. I followed the directions buffing the tiniest amount of powder into it. And BAM! Instantly I could see the effect. It was SO quick and easy. The rainbow holo effect was not difficult to achieve at all. I topped with another coat of the PrettyDiva top coat. I did notice that the fingers I added the powder to first had a stronger effect than the last one. Next time I will probably do each finger separately, and see if it works better on more freshly cured top coat, or if the oils from my fingers maybe prevented the powder from adhering on those fingers as well. The difference is almost imperceptible, but I notice tiny details like that. I will definitely be using a lot of these powders in the future.
