Great product. Very pleased. Dissolves well so long as you give it time to dissolve (about 5 mins with stirring). Slight bitter taste, nothing horrible if you're used to taking vitamins by powder

This Asian Ginseng root (Panax ginseng) is working well so far. I instantly scooped the powder into gel capsules and have been taking it for improved energy, mood, cognition, and overall wellness. Be careful of all the other herbs labeled ginseng, like Indian ginseng for Ashwagandha (which is a great adaptogen herb), Siberian ginseng for Eleuthero (another awesome adaptogen, which is a ginseng cousin), and Brazilian ginseng for suma. They got those nicknames just so the companies could make more money off their herbs. Ginseng must specifically be in the Panax genus to be considered real ginseng. So ginseng has been revered and used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine, and for good reason. Definitely consider taking ginseng if you feel sluggish, slow, old, fatigued, lack energy, motivation and vitality, are having fertility or libido issues, or suffer from immune deficiency. Ginseng protects the liver from toxins, may balance blood sugar in diabetes, corrects erectile dysfunction, inproves the function of sexual organs in men and women, and helps improve depression and anxiety. Ginseng has many other health benefits, but overall, it's a welcome addition to whatever healthy, anti-aging regimen you are currently on. Obviously, ginseng is a good choice for those who are growing old and need a little spark to get going. Although there are a couple less expensive herbs you can take for similar stimulating effects, ginseng is kind of in a league of its own, and I believe this one is of great quality. I would absolutely buy it again. ♡

This was great in that it offered an increase in focus, energy, and sex drive. It is a bit on the pricier side and so I hope they will drop it by $5 at least. I've tried many different Panax Ginseng powders on Amazon, so after much experimentation, I can safely say that this is the best Panax Ginseng powder around. They beat everyone else. This coming from someone that wrestles with all sorts of mental health issues and trying different products that can help. Also, whenever I've had that afternoon brain fog coupled with lethargy and moodiness, I'll take some of this and suddenly I'm happy, sociable, productive and want to work out. I've tried different things to help with that occasional brain fog and this was the most effective. Even Red Bull's didn't help that much, but this stuff does. This would get five stars if it was cheaper. Too expensive and doesn't last as long as it claims on the package, but it is a decent product.

Quality supplements.

It helps me to have a sharper mind and focus well. I am not sure for young people, but for anyone 60 and over, this helps. I just had it for over a week, so not sure for long term. I also found boiling water helps the powder dissolve well. The bitterness can be somewhat masked by coffee.

Whew! I apparently have not had straight up Gingeng ever! Many years ago, I apparently was sipping a ginseng/honey mix, as I recall a smooth and silky sweetness. Well, behold, this ginseng has a twang! Now that I expect this, I can now fully lean right into my next cup o' delight!

The taste is very bitter, but with honey is ok for me. Not sure it works alone because I take with honey goat weed extraction powder of the same brand for 5 days per week, and cycle with Cistanche Capsules month/month over one year. I feel energy and libido increased, no side effect.

I purchased for my horses. It helps build immune system. It seems to work. Ingredients seem pure. You get a lot for the price. Texture is nice. Bag is big.

Not good.... Auragin ginseng is excellent.
