My wife has arthritis and I injured my left thumb a few years ago, we're both right handed and both of us were having trouble racking the slides on our glock 42's with our left hands, until I added these back-plates to them. Now we can both rack the slides on both of our guns with no problem and they didn't change the look of our guns. In fact you don't even notice that we've added them to our guns. These are a must, if you have weak hands or are having trouble racking your guns. Great Product!

I love this! I just received it and can only judge on first impression. I have trouble with my hands. I have almost completely exasperated my grip in my left hand and I was completely unable to rack my g42 with my left hand. Now I can rack it any way possible. This product is excellent. And easily installed in less than a few minutes.
