I’m so glad I bought these! My son suggested I look into using these. My sodium has been low for a long time. My bloodwork has showed that for a few years. I’ve tried adding salt to my diet but it’s not enough. I drink a lot of water and that is also something I’ve tried to curtail with no change. So I have started using these with Himalayan salt. My next blood test is in a few months. I hope it will help.They arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I’m extremely happy.

These were easy to snap together and fairly easy to fill with powder (turmeric in my case) all things considered. The pills came apart easily and snapped back together easily after I filled them without needing any separate tools. The pills were easy to swallow also and I haven’t experienced any digestive side effects.It’s tedious and time consuming work though - in my opinion, you ought to have a darn good reason to want to manually create your own capsules rather than just buying them already manufactured. In my case, I had a bunch of turmeric powder I’d never be able to consume otherwise so I wanted to try this rather than let it go to waste. If I keep taking it as a supplement, as I mentioned I’d prefer to just buy pre-manufactured supplements. Any cost difference wouldn’t be significant enough to make up for the time spent in manually assembling all of the capsules.

No matter what you use them for, they are easy to fill. They dissolve well in hot water. I fill them with powdered ginger and calamansi powder and green tea powder. I drop one in a hot cup of water. 5 mins later I have the perfect tea without having to add all 3 ingredients.

I don't know where I read it but these capsules solved giving medications to my dog. I have to give her two 500 mg's of Augmentin. It is impossible for one person to get a pill down her if she doesn't want it. I chop one of these pills and they will completely fill two of these capsules. I then add the filled caps to her wet food and I guess the caps absorb some of the flavor from the food and they disappear. This has made such a difference. Thank You
