very flavorful and simple to use
This is just about the easiest way to make panang curry, green curry, or red curry dishes. Everything tastes impressive because of these curry pastes, even though it's mostly as simple as adding coconut milk to them and allowing the paste's flavor blend to do the heavy lifting. I did a little research before buying this brand, and Mae Ploy seems to be THE brand most serious foodies recommend because of the overall taste and flavor potency. After using them, I can see why, and I have no need to look for another brand.

Great Taste, Authentic Short Cut
I really have gotten into Thai cooking and of course that means curry. Started (and still) make my own from scratch but do have trouble finding all the authentic ingredients in rural America where my nearest decent Asian grocery is 100 miles away. One thing I love about Thai and Asian food in general is the speed and ease of cooking when you have the ingredients. Curry is so critical in so many dishes that having some of this pre-made paste on hand helps with throwing a great meal together quickly. I like Jet Tila's comment about using pre-made curry paste, "you don't' make you own wine and trust the experts, same with curry...". This is a Thai product and allows you to use as much as you need then store the rest in container. This package has three of the most common curry flavors. I find myself using not only for Thai but marinade for pork and chicken for the smoker. My red neck friends ask me about the BBQ sauce I used and I don't have the heart to tell them its curry paste!

So tasty
I believe that half a canister of this, a couple cans of coconut milk and some homemade chicken stock would make practically anything you put into it taste amazing.

good value and flavor
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these because they had the best value per ounce of any curry paste that I saw offered on Amazon or at my local grocery store. Another plus was no added MSG or 'yeast extract" which is just another way for companies to sneak MSG in an item.14 ounces of goodness in each ample sized tubdiscernible ingredientsgood flavor, a little goes a long waymanufacturing and expiry date listed on top ... mine expire 05.20.17 -- 02.26.18 -- 09.03.17no added MSGthe green curry is similiar to Thai Kitchen as has: green chili, lemongrass, garlic, salt, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffer lime peel, coriander seed, pepper, cumin, tumericred: garlic, dried red chili, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, pepperpanang: dried red chili, lemongrass, shallot, salt, garlic, galangal, mung bean, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, coriander seed, cumin, pepperThe green curry has an intense heat and I have learned to use less as I cook. My 21 year old daughter uses the red to make an excellent butter chicken. We have not used the Panang yet so I cannot speak for it.We use a lot of green and red curry in our house so to us, this was an excellent purchase.

Expiry date issue
It is a good product but the received a product in Aug 2021 that had been manufactured in June 2020 and was expiring in Aug 2022. So I would be able to use it for just 1 year

Nice variety, makes great curry!!! Pleased the house full of different type of curry lovers. Definitely good to add a couple other Ingredients to it, do not just add coconut milk. Tasty, easy to use and not overly spicy.

Yum!
These were a great price and my family might be tired of curry. I am not. Lol. These are delicious and a great value. You have to make a lot of curry to use them up. These are so nice when I want to make an easy meal. I start my rice, rough chop a variety of veg, throw my tofu in an air fryer, start making the curry and by the time the rice is done everything is done and delicious. I like to grow a few Thai basil plants each summer and add in leaves to my dishes (which is also good in salad with a dressing made. With sweet chili and rice vinegar and a bit of oil)...
