Hed Kandi: Mix 2009

This is lighthearted and fun techno dance music. Nothing incredibly outstanding, but a few of the tracks have persisted on my iPod over time so I can honestly recommend it.

Well I do own quite a few of the Hed Kandi CD's, but this one just doesn't quite live up to my expectations.

The first cd is predictable, but solid. The second cd shines with a great version of "work" by kelly roland as mixed by the great freemasons. It finishes solidly with a great mix of "hometown glory" by adele as remixed by axwell. The 3rd is pretty boring and not well mixed for a downtempo or chill out cd. Overall is a good purchase if you're looking to play at a house party or maybe to start your night, but not for the aficionado of fine house music.

This is a good cd for back ground tunes, or white noise. I was expecting something more upbeat, something that would energize & give that "get up & dance feeling", but was disappointed when it did not deliver.

Perfect cd, new and sealed. Plays perfectly, so happy I found this!

Fine if you haven't bought Hed Kandi before but it seems to be a rehash of past albums and there is very little that's new on it. I've bought many Hed Kandi albums in the past and there are some that are fantastic, not this one. What a disappointment.
