Golden Eagle Sharp Point Quick-Clip Lightweight Thread Snippers (12 Piece Pack)

Would like a hard plastic sleeve to slide them in instead of the clear pieces of plastic that they come with. This is my reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating.

Great for removing tags/etc. from newly purchased clothing...

Glad I ordered the dozen as I keep misplacing them. Very sharp and handy for cutting threads while sewing.

I work at a thread company so I use these all day long they are comfortable very light and last a long time

I do a lot of crafts and these are more easier to use to cut the yarn than having to carry scissors

If you are looking to buy this style scissor you might as well buy this. Costs a bit more than a single pair from a brand name but the quality is good. Cuts thread and heavy fishing line. Color is a bit more bright blue but I don't care. Put one of these in sewing kit, nightstand, car, fishing bag and gave a few away... and still have half a dozen left!

Well when they say light weight their not kidding. I've bumped into them an they go flying across the sewing table and on to the floor. I really have trouble keeping hold of them due the the light weight. I'm not a big fan. If they had textured gripping handles or a little more heft I might like them. As it is I'll attach a lanyard to them or stick them with a fork if I keep using them.They do nip thread well throughout the cutter and that's the goal. I'll probably pass these out to others who sew. At around $15.00 I would rather have one good pair of Gingher nippers or Gold seal nippers. For around a dollar each theses are pretty good.

These things are surprisingly sharp! I sew all day long with a handful of other ladies and I got these for us because our other ones had gotten dull. We were all very happy with the quality and price! Can’t beat the price!! $1 each!

Quality was very cheap and will not purchase again. Too much flex in the cutters.
