The Ruby Sliders work! They slid onto our dining room chair legs very easily and stay put on the legs because of the long clear plastic sleeves that attach to the red slider at the bottom. They slide really well on our tile flooring in the dining room. I am impressed how long they last too, they don't peel off the bottom of the legs, again because of the plastic sleeves that hold the sliders in place. We were happy enough with the first set that we had to order more of them for all of the chairs. My photos show what they look like right after we put them on one of the chairs.

These fit my kitchen chair legs well. Plus, they do the job intended: they make the chairs easy to move on the tile floor while protecting the floor. Once I got the hang of it, they became easer to put on as I learned how to do it. The instructions helped a lot. It would be nice if they weren’t red on the bottom, but you can’t see most of the color on the bottom of the chair leg. They do seem to pick up dust off my floor but it’s easy to get the dust off the red slider part. I did tear one of them a little while putting it on, so be careful. Not too bad for having installed a total of 24 of them.

These are more for end tables or coffee tables, desks and larger leg desk chairs. Not for standard kitchen chairs so I hope this can help you all make an informed decision before you buy. I also tried using them on a standard white fold up chair from Costco to see if that would work. They were not even the slightest bit snug and fell right off like in the video. I liked the functionality/quality however and they do slide as advertised. I just wish they had different sizes because these did work but they just kept falling off so im having to return them. Just be aware when purchasing that these are for larger leg furniture.

I used to use those stick on felt pads that you buy at Walmart in the bulk pack. But they never lasted and I'd constantly find them on the floor. FINALLY a product that lasts! Ruby Sliders are super stretchy and fit so snuggly on my kitchen chairs. Installation was a breeze...In fact I found the entire process so satisfying. The way they stretch and almost shrink wrap themselves onto the legs. There is no way these puppies will EVER fall off! Plus these chairs used to make such loud sounds whenever I'd move them around...now they are whisper quiet! I don't need to worry about scratches on my floors, I don't need to worry about finding worn out felt pads on the floor, and I don't need to worry about the noise. Ruby Sliders are worth the investment because they are going to save me tons of money in the long run. I can't wait to order more for every other piece of furniture in my home. Oh and I forgot to mention that they are clear so you really can't see them. They are not an eyesore like some other ones I've researched. These are the best!!

Overall, I'm happy with these and would recommend them after having used them for a year. Pros: - Fits legs of different sizes. The front legs of my chairs are more square and the back legs are more rectangular. I was able to use these on both. - No issues with them sliding down or having to adjust them after putting them on initially. - Easy to put on. - Effectively protect floors (laminate) from scratches. - No damage observed to chairs. Cons: - These do discolor over time. I've attached two photos. One from when they are first installed and one after having been used for a year. They definitely get hazy over time - Some will tear over time and have to be replaced. I bought a second set after about 7 months, as I noticed one of them was tearing. I just replaced 2 more and it has been a little over a year. Taking into account all of the above, along with the price, I would recommend these, but I would buy a few extra for replacement over time. After a year, I've only had to replace 3 and they were all on the 2 chairs that get used the most.

Ruby sliders fit perfectly and do not come off. Very quiet when dining room chairs are moved and protects the hardwood floor. So much better than the other brand I had purchased. Definitely worth the money. Will only buys these from now on.
