Toy is hand made with care for maximum durability. The 'furry' portions made of high-quality non-shedding polyester yarn are especially strong and long-lasting. My dogs love these toys and they have lasted for years and we support the coop that makes them in Turkey. The squeakers are my Dachshunds favorite because they squeak on the in and the out. Small design features and details are done in an contrasting synthetic nylon yarn. Each dog toy contains at least one industrial-strength squeaker and is made by a hard working craft person helping to support her family out in the villages. The toys are gathered up every few months the new yarn is dropped off and they are making great new toys for us. Flyer my old Golden loves the medium size squeak ball. These squeaky balls are made of non-toxic materials. Dogs love not only the furry texture of the toys but also the squeak. Toys are machine washable in cold water gentle cycle; air dry only
