Wake "M1" Boat Motor Cover - Outboard, Trailerable, Marine Grade Engine Cover

I would not recommend this only because it's suppose to fit between a 50 -115 HP motor but does not fit over my 90 HP 4 stroke Mercury motor.

I purchased this cover to fit a 2006 Yamaha 70 HP 2 stroke outboard motor. The 50-115 HP size was far to big and I returned it for the 25-50 HP size. The smaller size fit fine and I am happy with the quality for the price.

If you need an inexpensive cover for your boat motor, this is the way to go. I have a brand new 2015 Mercury 90 HP FourStroke and this cover fits it well. It is pretty snug, and you have to work it on and off corner by corner, which is why it gets 4 out of 5 stars (for the hassle of putting in on and taking it off). But once its on, it hugs the motor extremely well and you don't have to worry about it flying off in the wind. The cover is pretty thick and protects your motor from the outside elements. Highly recommended

Looks to be a pretty good cover for the money. I bought the size for 50hp-115hp. It is a very tight fit for a 2015 Mercury 115 4 Stroke. I could use one size bigger. Note: I do not trailer with covers on. I'm only using them for a dust cover. If I were going to trailer then I'd probably stick with this size as it fits snug and wouldn't be floppin' in the breeze.

Fits and does the job on my 1981 Evinrude 115hp. Kinda loose, purchased as an added protective layer. My boat cover goes over the outboard hood, but it runs the hood; so I purchased this because of that.Works as it should and keeps my covers from rubbing, I wouldn't trailer my boat with it on. Bad it fits loosely around my outboards cover.

Lasted just over 2 years.

This product fits multiple size motors and may fit a little loose for the smaller end. That said, its a good product that works as described.

Bought it for my Mercury 75hp, 4-stroke outboard. Received a size WM1-115 Feb 22, 2017. It blew straight up off the boat at 70 mph on the interstate while trailering on its first trip in zero surface wind. When I promptly received it I was very impressed with the quality appearance. As I installed it in February , it seemed a bit to tight, but better than too loose. It was supposed to fit motors up to 115hp. After a day of fishing we could not get it properly back on the motor, too tight. We spent 15-20minutes of rotating it, even turning it inside out, but in each case the securing strap was too tight (by 4 inches) to closed the buckle! We finally snugged it completely over the motor and unable to secure the nylon belt called it good. It was so tight I was sure it would make it home until I could insert a longer belt. Wrong, 40 miles later it was gone forever and good riddance , not worth backtracking to find it. Do NOT buy one (size MX 115) for a Mercury 4-cycle 75HP outboard!

It looks good on the engine, but too loose to leave on while towing. Not a custom size fit.
