Very Crapy product
I Bought the big jug of this spray because it was supposed to be great. Guess what, it's not!! I used the whole jug and it did NOT help at all!! This stuff was too expensive not to work, I want my money back!!!! Do NOT ever purchase this product unless you want to waste your money!!

Seems to Work
I've been using the spray and laundry additive for a while now. I know the spray kills on contact because I saw it happen with my own eyes. Unfortunately, the spray has no residual effect. I've been using the laundry additive, washing in HOT water only. I didn't see any point in the claim that it works in all temperatures, when you still need to dry clothes on HIGH HEAT. I use it mostly for peace of mind. One IMPORTANT note, the directions say to "add 1 cap full (1 oz) to each load of laundry". The problem is the cap does NOT measure 1 oz! It only measures about 1/2 oz. I contacted the company about it, and they realized that after recently changing the packaging, they neglected to update the instructions. They sent me a free bottle for my trouble. That was nice.

It fits perfect over my bed. Thanks. I have no complaints so far. I will have to check if I ever spill anything on it.

Not sure if it works?
I have done many loads of laundry to try to rid myself of bedbugs. I hang all freshly washed clothes separately and check for any signs of bugs. I am finding eggs! Alive or dead?

Don’t waste your money
The product is strong and had me coughing i didn’t even spray alot. I sprayed a ant and it didn’t effect it at all. If this can’t kill a ant i know it’s not going to kill a bed bug. I captured a bug afteri sprayed it about 8pm at 8am it was still in the jar moving around unaffected.,

I actually got regular strength
The product did help. But in the companies defense this place was infested with fleas and their larva. But it's the customer service, I bought one item for $30 and they have been emailing back and forth and so supportive. I love them #1 in Customer Service for sure.

DO NOT BUY
I bought 2 of these and they both ripped while taking them out of the packages. Pretty much made of paper HUGE waste of $70.00
