Material composition is 70% satin, what is the other 30%?

The outer of the scrunchie is satin 70% ans the obvious 30% remainder is an elasticated inner band to enable the scrunchie to tighten onto your hair,either plaits or pigtails

Silk comes from silk worms so the questionnaire is if the satin is made from real silk or synthetic silks. That’s what I mean by is it vegan?
