I play mmo’s and like to chat with friends while playing and have purchased several different headsets. All of the others were designed for gaming, however like a lot of gamers I use Discord to talk while gaming. Discord is not attached to any one game so a gaming headset makes little sense. This headset delivers good noise cancellation and decent volume control. Comfort is subjective so my opinion will not be everyone’s but it’s light and easy to wear for long periods, it feels awkward at first being on ear instead of over the ear but I did adjust fine and my ears don’t get as warm. The downside is the length of the cord and placement of the in-line controls the cord has an annoying tendency to twist on itself and the controls are easy to hit inadvertently while shifting your position. For the price I couldn’t have asked for a better headset.

Headset has good sound quality. It is comfortable and works well for meetings. Love the fact that it can be used as a AUX cord and USB. It allows for using in the PC, phone and tablet as a result.

Overall I'm pleased with these for the price. I haven't used them long enough to judge the durability, but the materials seem flexible enough to tend to bend and and break. Functionality and sound quality is fine. Most of the use has been through MS teams. Occasionally the computer won't recognize them when first plugged in. I unplug and re-plug and it resolves.

Great headphones for an affordable price. Has great sound and mic qualities. Did have an issue with mic 5 months after purchase and contacted seller (had 1 yr. Warranty). Seller was very quick and sufficient to resolve issue and send out a replacement. Would definitely do business with them again. 🙂

Due to the pandemic, I have the privilege to be working from home. My department recently "pushed" the phone system through to our laptops (no more using my personal cell for work calls). Using this headset has the same effect and feel like those they issue in the office. It's a good investment.

This headset is great for the price. The quality seems to be good. The comfort is better than some. I purchased another headset from another company (cost more) I had to send back due audio and comfort was horrible. This headset from Amazon is a keeper 👍

The headset is decent for the price. Not that great as far as noise canceling goes. But it's very comfortable with excess headband for adjusting. The mic is also very clear to others when I'm speaking via Zoom, Google Meet, etc. No static like some other cheap headset I've had previously. The ear cushions are also very comfortable on my ears, though I don't think the faux leather covering will last long before starting to peel. Overall, the product is a good, inexpensive buy.

Really like the sound quality and customers can hear me easily as well as colleagues over Teams meetings.

The two main problems I have with these are. The volume control is partway down the lead. It would be better built into the headset so you can reach it quickly. Also the phones for no reason just cut out like they go into a sleep mode. This is really a pain and I find I have to switch from what I was watching to another item and then flip back and you get the sound back but at a preset volume so you got to mess with the volume again.The other issue is that BLUE light. for such a small thing, If you are in a dark room it will catch your attention with it's constant flashing.

Working well so far - my previous headphones I bought for work lasted about a year before giving up the ghost. I have to use these every day for work - plugged into my mobile phone. The ear pieces are smaller than I thought, but good in some ways that they don't block out all other sound so have your voice echoing in your head when you speak. Comfort wise then, they've taken me a bit to get used to, but I wear the left one slightly off my ear which makes it ok. Sound quality is great though.

Fantastic head set! I use it every day. all day and the quality of voice is great. Love that you can leave the usb connector plugged in and just disconnect the end piece. Ideal for teleworkers.

Delivery on this item was quick. Quality of the product is good and sound is good too. No problems on Teams meetings. Would highly recommend and decent price. I've ordered this for another colleague too.

I find the pads dig into my ears and I can’t wear them for long. The volume control is easy to adjust but I keep leaning on the buttons which switch it to mute!
