You were the only company I found that had outside 4’ to 5’ topiary trees. The packaging was GREAT. I’m not strong anymore but because you had cut-out handles on either side of the box, I was able to get the box inside to my foyer without the aid of a dolly to carry it. When I opened the box I was absolutely impressed with the way you generously packed the tree with paper, the bamboo stakes, the plastic bag and all tied down. The soil was slightly moist. Well all of that paid off because the tree arrived in very good shape and I so appreciate it. In the past (from other nurseries) my orders have often arrived dishelved and broken - a mess. My double pink knock out rose topiary tree is now planted in my front landscaping and it is looking GOOD. Thank you. T. Lopez

Bought two trees to put in large pots by the pool…they arrived in three days in good shape and fullyflowered…love them

Dead on arrival. Contacted Amazon and they refused to replace the dead tree. Arrived with leafs dead in container.
