Sound is great, mic flexible, good price
Perfect performance. I didn't know when I ordered that the mic is adjustable and can be moved in any direction: closer or farther away, up, down ... anywhere for best reception on the other end. Super feature, and sound on my end is excellent. The fit felt a little off because the ear pieces are not as large as on other headsets I have had. That said, I got used to them fairly quickly. The only challenge (it's OK if you laugh) is they zip off my ears if I forget to push my hair back. Great item for me and recommend.

Comfortable, excellent call quality, and an overall great value.
I purchased this headset initially to use with my mobile phone as I have been doing increasingly more work from home. I already had a USB headset by another company that I was using for my VOIP, however my wireless was not always stable enough to maintain a quality call. The two most important features to me when searching for a mobile phone headset were sound quality and comfort. When first using the headset, I tried it out with some family members. No issues with person to person calls. I primarily use this headset to call in to conference calls and also received very positive feedback from other call attendees. The headset is also extremely lightweight, has enough adjustment to fit all members of my family, and is comfortable enough to wear for multiple hours. Both of my required features were met with flying colors. Other positive items to note: - The boom is adjustable to use on either left or right side, and can be moved closer or further from your face to fine tune the microphone pickup. - The headset earpieces can pivot to allow the headset to collapse flat for packing into a laptop bag. This feature alone was enough to prompt me to purchase a second headset. - There is a volume adjustment and single call button inline on the cord which helps for fine tuning the volume or answer/end calls, allowing me to leave my phone on the wireless charging base. I do have a one area where the headset could be improved, but it is very minor and I don't feel it detracts from the quality or rating. The button on the headset is very easy to hit on accident. There have been a few instances where I have accidentally disconnected a call when reaching across my body and pinching the button between my arm/chest. I have had this same issue with the earbuds that came with my phone. This issue can be alleviated by disabling the ability to answer the phone with the headset button as an option within the phone itself.

Great Headphones... Great Sound
I bought these for personal use. At home, use to talk to my friends on the phone.... my bestie could talk for 3-4 hours. Who wants to hold a phone that long? I'm always trying to do something so wanted something hands-free. Sure, the earpiece is fine but I pick up too much background noise. Only giving these 4-stars because of no instructions. I tried everything to make them work. I would plug in, try to use and I couldn't hear anything or anyone on my phone. I thought I either got a bad pair or they were incompatible with my phone. Right when I was about to do a return to Amazon, I decided to look at a video to see if it could help me out. And it did! How these work is that you have to start your music, or make your call, and when it connects, then you plug the cord into your phone. Problem solved! I just thought it would be nice if there was just a slip of paper instructing me to call and then plug in. How hard would that have been to let people know that? Otherwise, 5-stars. As far as MUTE? Which many reviews seem to not like.... since I'm just using as a personal phone headset and not for any business, I just go to the mute button on my phone and mute. Same as when I unmute. All done through the phone. I haven't had long, but I think they will hold up well for what I use them for. UPDATE: These work beautifully... for listening to music or watching videos on my phone, but when it comes to talking on the cell, these will not connect. Cannot get them to work with the actual phone call. Went by cell phone store and they couldn't get them to work with the phone either. It may be my phone ... or not.... but not working with phone calls on a cell. Sorry! Still very nice headphones and will probably work well with a call center.

Top Quality Headset
I am a sales rep, doing a real lot of phone work, and have been using this style of headset for 20 years (Other brands) I am very picky - the important things for me are - sound quality on the customer end, comfort and sound quality on my end. In the past I have spend over $ 100 on sets (Other brands) that I ended up tossing in the trash because the quality on the customers end was poor. These excel in all aspects. Customers say I come thru as clear as a bell, Volume control is handy. (I have had some in the past where the 'mute' button could accidentally be triggered, very embarrassing when muting yourself by accident while talking to customers - in one case it was so bad I had to remove the mute button) These DO NOT have that problem, they can be muted but you pretty much have to do it on purpose. I bought there for when I travel and need to work from my cell. This one is at least as good as the best one I have ever used in my office - which I usually end up spending over $ 100 for. They are very comfortable, One of the ear pads did pop off on one trip, but not an issue, popped back on no problem, and I am tough on my stuff when travelling. They really feel like a quality set. If I lost these I would buy another set in a second. If they last 5 years and then wear out (5 years for me is a lot of use) I would easily buy them again. Don't let the low cost of these fool you. (I was hesitant to buy there thinking because of the low price them must be cheap junk, wrong!) PS I am using these with a HTC Inspire cell phone, 100% compatible

Can't hear. Ok, I'm just an idiot. I can hear just fine.
I have two reviews below, but here's another one: When I first reviewed this, the volume was so low I could barely hear. Turned out I was using an included adapter that was NOT necessary. On my second review, I complained the right side was louder than the left. Still, I was impressed with the clarity. Based on my first review, Arama sent me a replacement. (Talk about responsive!) So I tried the replacement this morning, and I couldn't be happier. It's clear, plenty loud, and the volume is the same on both sides. Now, let's talk about the mike. I never asked anyone to comment on how I sounded this morning, but a couple things: 1) I was shuffling around and drinking coffee, and Webex did NOT show me speaking. Good noise cancelation. When I DID talk, Webex showed it. Good discrimination. And based on others' responses to me, no one had any problem understanding me. So ... cool. I'm gonna leave my original review below. Here's an update: First, I could barely hear voices. Arama contacted me immediately and offered me a replacement. It's now on the way. But ... it bugged me that I needed to use one of the included adapters to hook up to my cell phone. So, I finally tried to plug in without the adapter. And it worked. I feel like such a FOOL! So, here's a better review: 1) The right side is louder than the left. 2) At max volume, it's not quite as loud as the headset it's replacing. 3) It's MUCH clearer than my old one. That entirely makes up for the slightly lower volume. 4) I don't have feedback yet on how clear my voice is to others on the call. I'll update this when I know. So ... When the replacement headset arrives, I suppose I should return it. That's the ethical thing to do. However ... I do think I will check volume (in both ears) and clarity ... Did I mention that I'm impressed with Arama's responsiveness? ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I have a headset I use for my cell phone. Dunno the brand (has a skull on the headband). It works ok, but it has no volume control and it uses an inline mic that I don't trust. And, I have trouble understanding other people on conference calls. So I looked for something newer and (hopefully) better. This Arama looked like the ticket. It has a boom mike with a little muff on it, and it has a volume control in the cord. The Arama came with two adapters. I needed the middle adapter for my cell phone. So ... my Monday morning conference call ... I started with the volume set to max, and when I joined the call, I heard NOTHING. I rolled the volume nob to silent, then back to max. I found I could just barely hear something. Apparently the other members could hear me. I explained I needed to switch headsets, and I heard a faint "Ok, we'll wait". I assume either the adapter is defective or that the headset is. I'm seriously bummed.

New model is much inferior to the previous one
UPDATE JUNE 2025 Ignore old 5-star ratings of this headset! They're for a different item! I'm reducing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star because ***this headseat is completely different in all respects from the previous model,*** which was excellent. It has the same model number but it's not the same item at all. Two BIG problems and two irritating ones: (1) The plastic housing around the plug on the new model is too long and prevents the plug from being fully inserted into a phone case, so thereโs no sound. (Y'all put your phone in a case, right??) (2) I removed my phone from the case and tested the headset. The sound is very poorโโtinnyโโfor both the caller and the receiver. The previous model had excellent sound quality. (3) The headband is too loose and flexible and bending it inward doesn't help much. I have a really big head and it was still too loose. If you have a normal head, you're not going to like this headset. (4) Like the previous model, this headset has no mute button. The button that looks like a mute button is actually to end the call. I think it's dishonest to use the same model number for this headset as the old one, making people think they're reordering the same satisfactory item they purchased previously. (Why I reordered: because my old one lasted 3 years and then one ear started losing sound. 3 years actually isnโt too bad for this price.) The previous model of this headset is almost identical to this one sold by Calleez, currently $27: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CG8B6WKR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I bought that one and tested it. The plug fits perfectly in the phone case, the sound is excellent for caller and receiver, and the headband is nice and snug. Iโve been buying Arama headsets for years and previously recommended them to many people. I no long recommend this product at all. Big disappointment! INITIAL 4-STAR REVIEW 2022 I went through a lot of $20 headsets that lasted only a few months to a year before I decided to spend a bit more on an Arama headset. The first one I bought was for a cordless phone and it went two years with no problems whatsoever until I switched to a cellphone and got the cell version of the Arama headset. It has been flawless for over a year also. Clients tell me they can hear me perfectly and the sound on my end is excellent as well. The ear pads are very comfortable. The volume control works fine. The one drawback of this headset is that THERE IS NO MUTE BUTTON There's a button on the volume control that looks like a mute button, but it's not. Its purpose is rather to end the call. I think this is a major drawback for people who use a headset for work, hence my rating of four stars rather than five. Oddly, the 2.5 mm version for cordless phone does have a mute button. The price of this Arama headset is very reasonable for the high sound quality and durability compared to the many much more expensive headsets on the market.

Works great !
Well, this headphone is lightweight, and works great. The mouthpiece can be adjusted, to move out of the way if you're eating, or some other reason you need to move the mouthpiece. It can be adjusted to have the mouthpiece on the left or right side, as you wish. Sound quality is great, I sometimes listen to music with it when i'm done taking calls for my work or personal calls. This was very cost effective, and well worth it. Ear pads are comfortable, and you can adjust the earpads up or down depending on the size of your head or where you like the headphones to rest on your noggin. I would definitely recommend, It works with my Samsung Android S21

Great Quality, Great Sounding Headset. One major flaw...
Headset just arrived today, so this is based on first impressions. Years prior to Covid I've been working from home (still do) and have cycled through several headsets looking for one that I'm satisfied with. Have tried a couple bluetooth headsets, which I never really grew to like, and a few wired headsets, my most recent being a Logitech headset which was mostly ok, but sound quality was never as good as with just my phone. I also have a Plantronics headset I use with my computer (USB) which I really like, but I also need a 3.5mm headset to use with my phones. I made a couple of test calls before using it on an actual client phone call and it works/sounds really good on both ends. I saw in one of the reviews, that you can't mute with this headset. That's incorrect. You can. Here was my mistake! I made a call with a client that involved us conferencing in one of their service providers. After validating in through their phone menu system and representative (and sitting on hold), I needed to mute my phone for a moment. I pressed the button on the cord, which I assumed was mute, and BOOM...disconnected the call. Not good! After all of that waiting on hold! Not that I would have read them, but there were no instructions with the headset, so I guess that was on me to figure it out before testing it out on a live phone call, but here's how the button on the cord works: To mute the phone, press and HOLD the button for a second or so and then release it. A quick press will disconnect. I repeat.....a quick press, and the call is gone! To unmute, press and HOLD the button again. The button is also very easy to push/activate, so I do also worry about an accidental push of the button dropping calls. I do wish there was no disconnect feature on the button, but I'm aware of it, so hopefully it won't happen again. Who knows...maybe I'll learn to like the feature. You won't see me walking around a store with these bad boys on, as they do look pretty "call centery", but I like the ergonomics and the flexibility of the microphone a lot. Overall the comfort and sound quality seem to be very good, so as long as they hold up OK, these might just be the long-term solution to a wired 3.5mm headset that I've been looking for (as long as I don't accidentally disconnect too many calls)! UPDATE - After several weeks of use I deducted two stars because the disconnect button is such a terrible design. Even being aware of how sensitive the disconnect button is I continue to disconnect calls. Just today I accidentally disconnected two calls when repositioning myself in my chair. That's it. Normally, I would have thrown these in the garbage, but I like the headphones so much that I gave them a bush fix. I just took a small section of plastic tubing and slid it over the button and taped it in place, so that the button can't be pressed at all. Looks silly, and I lose the ability to adjust volume on the cord, but it will eliminate the problem of a terrible design flaw. I'll continue to use these, but they should really reconsider the disconnect button on the cord. Get rid of it!

Does not work on an iPhone with two-part adapter that allows for a headset and the charging cable.
This product is good, and it does work with an iPhone 12 mini, but not with a two-part adapter that allows for a headset plug in and the charging cable plug in.
