Mood Therapy 50 Rattan Reed Diffuser Replacement Sticks 11" X 3mm

I cut these in half to get more use out of them. My "fancy" diffuser consists of an empty glass essential oil bottle that has had the labels removed. You can google your own recipes for reed diffusers. This is perfect for next to the diaper changing table.

I make my own diffusers and these are perfect. The bulk price is very attractive. The product is functional and good quality.

It didn't work for me. I made the scented mixture according to directions with essential oil, base oil, and alcohol in a small, decorative jar with narrow opening and cork stopper with a hole drilled for three reeds. Soaked reeds and turned them. Nothing. No scent at all. It's been 3 weeks and still no scent at all coming from it. I don't know how it works for others, but I'm going back to using a mini electric potpourri warming pot.

I didn't notice that these sticks are a foot long...way too long for most containers. Takes a loooong time for the oil/fragrance to travel up the stick. Not as good as others that I have purchased as a set with the fragrance and container. Seem flimsy and cheap - granted they are not expensive ($ wise) but you get what you pay for and these aren't even worth THAT.

I purchased these to replace some diffuser reeds that had come with some room scenting oils. My old diffuser reeds had absorbed as much as they possibly could, and would no longer wick fresh oil up so that the scent could disperse. The oil itself is still strongly scented and lovely, so I wanted to be able to recapture more use of the fragrance by using new diffuser reeds. I had to cut these down to the appropriate size, but that was easy enough with a pair of standard kitchen scissors. They a very light weight, maybe lighter than the original reeds, but they don't seem to be as effective at allowing the oil to be drawn up the length of the reed so the scent doesn't really have much intensity at all. Probably best for very small spaces. The price was right, though. Maybe these would work better if you used them for the first time with brand new scented oil. Your mileage may vary!

This product worked great. I recently got into making my own reed diffuser oils and really couldn't find these sold separately in stores. Was so happy to find them on Amazon! No complaints!

These reed stick are pretty good, I was really surprised that they held the scents as long as they have. I like the fact that I was able to cut the sticks to my requirements. I would recommend this item.

I got these reeds in plenty of time but they take time to work and draw the scented oil.. I am glad they are taller then the reeds that came with my scenter bottle.
