This is the best product!!! Genius minds put together and the results are amazing. Outcomes: idi and dosa batter were never before like from this one. Ease of cleaning, given such a product thinking we are amazed.

The product performance is nit good
Product performance is not good. The lock does not work properly. Taking time to grind the dosa or idli batter. Machine gets warmed up faster. I do not recommend this product..

Nice output, but really difficult to use
Good thing first. The final dosa batter that comes out is really good and the timer also really helps. But now to the problem part. It is so difficult to use that my wife just cannot use it by herself. It needs a lot of effort to get locked. If it is not locked properly, then after you pour the rice in the tub, it cannot be locked. You would need to empty the tub and then try and lock. It needs a lot of pressure to lock even in empty tub.
