Hutzler Grapefruit Saver

Bigger than expected and not as easy as my porcelain (broken) one to open when needing a clove of garlic during cooking! Takes up more room on worktop, not sure yet if it will keep garlic fresh as long as previous china one but time will tell!

Its nothing like the picture - hard to open - not advised for elderly people with athritis - very disappoint3 both in the delivery time and it is not at all like the picture - plastic

Purchased this one for my sister in law. We have previously purchased two. Works great and keeps tomatoes fresh.

I got this and the bowl set as a gift for my husband. He cracked up when he opened it. I said it’s to go with the onion! Great stuff, he loves them.

Because I'm going back to eating better with holistic foods and getting off of the medications that Dr's are pushing so they can make money, I decided to buy this container to safe the second half of my morning grapefruit in instead of using plastic bags. One of the main foods that I've added to my diet is grapefruit. (If you're on any medications, please do your research first and talk with your Dr or professional because grapefruit can't be taken with many medications.) This container is cute and easy to find in my fridge. It literally looks like a 1/2 of a cut grapefruit. At the moment, I'm eating 1/2 a grapefruit every other day and this container's keeping the second 1/2 fresh until I eat it. It's large enough to hold the large pink grapefruit halves after I cut my fruit that my store's selling with room to spare. I would definitely recommend this item to those grapefruit eaters out there that wants to not only save their fruit, but also cut down on plastic waste of using plastic bags.
