My Fish Stayed Alive
I had to go on a weekend trip and decided to try this out in hopes of keeping my fish alive. After two days, I came back and all of my fish were still alive. The block does let off a lot of powder when taking it out so it would be advised to do a water check once taken out of tank.

Good Feeder
This is a nice weekend feeder but not for 2 weeks as item description says up to 15 days. We have a 10 gallon tank which had 2 goldfish (1 tiny and 1 large) and 2 snails. We left on a Saturday morning week before Christmas and put this in right as we were walking out door. We cut it into 3 pieces ( may be a reason it didn't last as long) because my larger goldfish was used to being the only fish (we had bought the other fish and snails for my son's Christmas) and we didn't want there to be a fight while we were gone. We returned the following Wednesday (5 days) and there was just a tiny piece left. All the fish\snails were alive so it worked and my tank was also clean which I have read other products has caused tanks to become cloudy but this one did not. For the 2nd one I also cut into pieces (which I should have left solid to test and give a better review) and placed in tank while I was home to observe how the fish\snails liked it. My snails went straight for it. They seemed to like it very much. I read it would help strengthen their shells. My snails died about 1-2 weeks later and their shells looked weak and was cracking. I'm not sure if it was this product that caused it or my large goldfish. He had bumped into them many times, knocked them off the side of tank so thinking it was more my fish than this product. My little goldfish was able to eat this as my larger goldfish is a hog and wouldn't let the smaller one have flakes so this was my fix to that problem. Overall it's a good product just wouldn't trust it to last longer than a week. This is my honest opinion and I did "not" receive any compensation for my review.

Kept our fish alive on vacation
We were gone for 1 week and our 4 small fish were alive at the end of it. We used a quarter of the block but it disappeared about 2 days prior to us coming home (was told this by a friend who came to water our plants). In future we will do the whole block and I expect it will last for about 2 weeks.

Pleco demolition
I’ve been a little worried about my pleco not getting enough to eat. It is approximately 10 years old, in a 75 gallon tank with only 2 betas. I put this is the tank and saw him eating from it the following morning. Checked again today and it’s nearly gone. It’s been 5 days since placement. Ordering more.

My worst Amazon purchase ever. Never again with this type of product.
I thank God that I put this in a few days before our actual vacation instead of dropping them in and leaving. I have a very well established 20 gallon tank and a newer 125 gallon tank. I put one in each tank a few days before our vacation started so I would know that it was working out and I could tell my friends not to worry about feeding our fish. At first, they didn't seem to be doing anything. I couldn't tell if my fish were actually being fed or not but I saw some of them pecking at it from time to time. Then I noticed a dwarf gourami in the 20 gallon tank not looking so great as well as a kamaka rainbow in the 125 gallon tank not looking so great. I didn't immediately connect it to the feeder but nothing else had changed and the water quality was good before putting the feeders in. These fish were also perfectly healthy. After 48 hours, I decided to remove the feeders and ask my friends to feed our fish while we were on vacation. The damage was done though. We lost two fish in our 20 gallon tank and three fish from our 125 gallon tank. Two dwarf gouramis, two angelfish, and a kamaka rainbow. Sad really.I rarely leave negative reviews but this was a horrible experience. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that it didn't cloud my water but honestly, I don't think it did anything but kill the fish that messed with it while somehow spiking our nitrate levels in both tanks. I also have a near indestructible pleco that was looking squeamish after nibbling on this but thank God he pulled through and seems to be just fine now. I have a feeling if I had dropped these in and went on vacation, we would have come home to an even higher number of fatalities.

My fish are still alive.
This product works for sure. I went on a ten day trip so I can’t say it lasts the 14 days but my fish were still alive and zipping around when I came back. The only bad thing and the reason for 4 stars is because it really makes your tank cloudy. Might be due to too much food being released and not eaten. This was used for three Glo Fish so I think it could handle 5-6 fish easily with the amount it spits out. I have a filter too on my tank so not having one wasn’t the problem. All in all I’d still use it again if I had to go away for a long time.

This Plankton Puck worked out much better than I thought
I don't reviews.. But i can understand how important a review is for this product... Let me tell you.. This Plankton Puck worked out much better than I thought... I was very apprehensive, at first. I know there are some crappy pucks on the market.. That will kill your fish and muck the water...I had to do something! So i took a gamble with this... I was gone for 7 days. Put the puck in just before i left... When i returned there was still a little left.. And the water was clear! All my fish were alive! they all looked in good shape.. I have 2 Blood Parrots. (Pretty big) a Ropefish, and a small catfish of sorts... They were all alive, and looked good... And apparently were able to feed off of this puck.. I kept thinking when i walked into the house, to see my tank.. I was going to be devastated... Was not the case! So Happy this worked... Worth every darn penny!

It keeps going and going and going and going....
Yep! I am a classroom teacher with a dwarf frog tank. My 10 gallon tank has four dwarf frogs, several little ghost shrimp, and two tiny snails. I have a standard cartridge filter, heater, and air stone. I put this feeder in my tank for the Thanksgiving holiday and kept it in there just to see if it would last the 14 days. It has! This is day 14 as I am writing this and it is still dissolving. If I had to guess, it has about three more days. The tank is not cloudy and the frogs are just fine. I have just purchased another one for the Christmas break holiday, which will last 16 days. I will come in over the break at least once to check on them anyway, but I am confident that this does the trick. It is definitely worth the price I paid!

This Product is absolute garbage. I went on a 3 week vacation and ...
This Product is absolute garbage. I went on a 3 week vacation and put this inside my tank before I left. When I returned it had not dissolved at all, half my fish were dead and this thing was blue. So basically I paid this company to kill my fish, I could have done that for free myself. RIP Garry, Jim , Billy, and Thomson. RIP to this product. If you want your fish dead better to do it yourself rather than buy this $11 piece of fancy cardboard.
