I am so very disappointed in Lordhair as a company. You have lost a patron that could've been a regular; however, amidst my revelations with your product and services this time which is the last time--you have failed beyond epic proportions. This is the 2nd time ordering the same type of unit, of which--funny how the first order worked out just fine [with the bleached knots] aside from your trash system starts shedding immediately, just as the AI correctly stated: "with optimal care, the unit can last you up to 4 weeks....." So this adds to roughly $250.00 per month which then equals $3,000 USD per year to keep funding a company that clearly has no interest in 'quality control' since it hires negligent workers, workers who are probably deathly underpaid and probably in a sweatshop in China somewhere. The thing with hiring China to carry out your processes is that when workers are living in a country where living standards are so low with 'upward mobility' opportunities that are near 0% possible. This is why China is capital of deception and cutting corners because why should a person try so hard at their job when 1, they make poops worth of any money at all, 2, Communistic economies 99.99% of the time, do not have any social securities type programs for their own working citizens--sadly and in short: these people have no guaranteed future that will consist of basic comfort. People wonder why most Chinese made items/devices are extremely mal-produced, flimsy, weak structured, and are literal trash from the beginning to end. It's what happens when you treat your own human beings like trash. Out of the 2 other reviews on this page [which is already telling that nobody wants to deal with this trash] - there is not a single reply from Lordhair to try to fix these problems.I started a Return for my money back so that I can take it over to lavivid.com Lavivid has a much larger more demographic-encompassing variety of styles to choose from. Most importantly: even their most generic stock units have a life span of up to 6months or more depending how you maintain the unit. Additionally, they have the knowledgeable staff available to speak with you about any concerns. The quality and customer support and care are through the roof. So, it is worth the extra $100, hands down.Good bye, trash hair system company. GF!

This unit is dense and the knots were absolutely not bleached. Those big black dots you see are knots. I think if you want something dense and full without and exposed hairline this is a solid unit for you. Sheds a lot though.
