We can jump with two adults and four elementary age kids and get really good bounce. It's a strong mat/springs. Very easy to set up with the spring tool that's included (you don't need to buy one separately). I set it up with my 11 year-old son, and an assembly line of "spring hangers" in an hour or so. We got the 15 foot with the enclosure that goes around the outer edge - the kids like being able to sit on the mat on the edge to take a break. It also gives the feeling of more "space" compared to the enclosure that is inside the mat. We live in the Pacific NW and we'll see how the trampoline holds up through the months of rain. So far, a really high quality trampoline -- worth the higher cost. And my kids are outside jumping ... all ... the .... time.Another reason for five stars is the excellent customer service. I can't say enough good about how responsive and professional they were. We originally received the wrong enclosure. When I contacted them via email through Amazon, they quickly resolved the problem. A new net was sent out within days. Zero hassle. First the encloser broke, which was replaced under warranty, then several spring webbings came off, replaced under warranty... Then it just went to garbage. Nothing...matt, enclosure or safety pad lasted near as along as the initial.. and after warranty... Forget it, they will just say sorry its outside of warranty... My second matt didn't even last 2 years and the 5yr warranty was only from original purchase. I'm currently browsing amazon for a cheaper Matt because as others have stated... The quality is no better. I will say the frame has had zero issues.. But everything else.. 1 year use with 3 kids...
