Wanted to try making my own sausage recipes for smoking...this allowed me to try a small quantity out...not interested in mass production...it works fine...just a slippery messy process but that is sausage making...

The fact that I had trouble pushing the sausage through was because I don't have a lot if strength in hands. I ended up pressing it up against my body. Still a little hard to use but it worked. From what I've been told you need an extra set if hand with the crank kind so this one works well for one person to use. Glad I got this.

That is best thing to create sausage. I did it successful.

It did great for pork, now I'm going to try out some ground yak meat I found.

I used this with a smaller casing 20-30mm for lap cheong (chinese dried sausage) and it turned out great. Was my first time making sausage and this made it a lot easier. Skip the funnel and get one of these!

Once the tube is full it is extremely difficult to push filling into the casing. You really need some upper body strength
