Been a fan of Malibu for years! Great toning!

The shampoo bottle had leaked in transit so some had spilled out when it arrived, but this stuff is amazing. I have natural dark brown winglet hair with blond highlights and it has been very hard to find a product that would make my hair feel soft after washing the products away. I live in FL so we also have hard water.. I also swim in pool water 2-3 a week at least. The highlights were starting to feel like hard stick texture. Now when I shower I can run my fingers through my hair and the conditioner is magical. Before this I tried Amika, Redken, Nexus, you name it. If you have thick curly hair and live in a hard water region get you the appropriate type of product for your hair from this brand.

I love the Malibu products but have never ordered the shampoo and conditioner to be delivered. Unfortunately when I opened the packaging both had leaked. It wasn’t significant but it very well could have been. The lids were both pretty loose and I got purple all over my clothes. Thankfully they weren’t anything of any value, just disappointing because it’s pretty concentrated purple and not necessarily cheap so hate to lose any of it. Just be aware of that if you purchase this set or any of the liquid products. Super fast 1 day shipping though so worst case I guess I can always reorder and return 🤷🏼‍♀️

These came in the mail last night. I took them out to use them in the shower and it was absolutely everywhere. Such a disappointment considering there was a big price jump recently and these cost more money. When I did inspect how the product leaked so badly I noticed both of the bottles tops were almost completely unscrewed. This left me with only half of the product in each bottle. The packets that came with it were completely saturated. I buy this product and other Malibu products via Amazon pretty often and have never had issues before. I order on Amazon for convenience that I don’t need to go to my local mall. I don’t know if I would order again because of the cost and the loss of product. Just really disappointed. Other then that I love Malibu as a product. I’ve been using it most of my life. It does what it says and is a completely underrated product. I’ve used high end brands and they don’t compare to the Malibu line up.

This stuff is legit. My son bleached and toned his hair and after a few weeks and swimming often it was really brassy and turning what looked to be orangish bright yellow. Like a popcorn color. Even while using another brands purple shampoo. After the first use it brought back the silver toner color that he originally had and wanted with multiple uses it is back to exactly what he wanted and how it was originally. We are very happy and will continue to buy.

Seems to work. It came highly recommended by the salon. Delivery was quick, and close!

I love the crystal packets. I would givec5 stars. I count off 2 stars for shampoo & conditioner. I am use to salon quality shampoo/cond such as Redken All Soft & Its a 10 Keratin line. As well as Swarskoff line. So these were less than desirable for me. Felt like Wal Mart cheep brands. Back to the packets, I have used 2 weeks in a row now. Its like I coukd literally smell the metals being pulked from my blond processed bleached from level 6/7 hair to 10/12. It reslly brighten the brassy OUT! No joke it brightened it a whoke level. I live in a hard water area. I also use a water filter on my shower head that shoukd filter out chlorine & minerals. I also take a lot of thyroid meds & feel it builds up in my hair. I take exceptional care of my hair. Id also reccomend the Maraccon Oil Keratin deep conditioner. I am babying my hair till it gets healthy again. I just feels a bit rough textured after 2 processing. I highly reccomend Olaplex #3 once a week with Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner with Olaplex leave in conditiones.

Had noticeable results in two treatments. My hair had a great deal of hard water damage .. and will do a few more treatments and should be almost back to normal. Pleased so far!!
