It was the perfect color I needed! The bottle is large and I only needed a few drops to achieve the color I needed. No after taste and it did not affect the consistency of my icing. I also used it on fondant and it did great !

It was perfect to make rose gold color icing. Mixing it with gold simmer and brown food coloring
