Wish I bought this First!
So easy to install on an existing mortise. Simply removed the old handle and this one slides right in with possibly one new hole required to be drilled through at the bottom. The top screw is genius in that it slides to the height you need so you can reuse an old hole from your previous handle. This smart lock was SO MUCH better/smarter than another one I ordered from The Connected Shop (total crap). Buy this lock with a G2 Gateway and you are set to update passcodes remotely. It's so easy I wish I bought this one first without the headache of other failed smart locks that weren't even smart.

Not WIFI. The
Nice design and very slim which is a big plus.But it is not Wi-Fi as advertised, and the speaker is bad.You need to buy a getaway to make it works, and off course a getaway not always working or connecting.The speaker is useless.People can't hear you clearly.

I cannot get the door to lock. It is installed correctly and it sounds like it is locking but it doesn't lock.

Proper Size Not Determined Before Purchase
I purchase this Mortise lock expecting it to fit my door. I found out after purchase that they ship a size by default and expect you to contact them after if it doesn't fit. I tried to contact them, but no response. What a shame.

Pain to install, but once done its amazing. Feels solid, works everytime. No issues.

Contacted support prior to ordering to make sure I order the correct one, they never responded
This ad says to contact support before ordering. I looked for contact information on this ad and online and I couldn't find anything. Then I found their email in a product question/response: [email protected]. I emailed them my current mortise measurements on 10/18/22 and then followed up with another email 10/19/22. It's now 11/8/22 and they never responded.I ordered a lock from theconnectedshop.com and they have supurb customer service.- handle/lock inset = 45mm (see picture)- height = 235mm- width = 17mm- depth = 70mm- distance between handle and lock = 88mm-115mm (see picture)
