This is the perfect set for creative art that can be both realistic in nature, or fun and brightly colored. The colors are so spot on some of them are a little gross, like the mac and cheese one...the texture is so cheese like with the color it's a little off putting, however, the majority are the fun ones like confetti or glitter. The colors are beautiful and they are in the perfect size to gift, for classrooms, or for little ones who are more likely to leave the lids off so these offer smaller amounts instead of a full waste for a larger set. No complaints, great quality as always.

I have spent so much on play doh over the years. 2 kids. The little sets, which are a novelty, clever and fun. Are also often hard for my kids to manage and construct, get clogged with hardened play doh, just a mess. I avoid those at this point. This is my go to. Any seasoned parent knows they are gonna get all mixed up, basically instantly. The vibrant colors become a poop brown or a merky dull greyish green. Fresh from the pack you're kiddos gonna abandon some and let dry out, rending it hard and useless. This is my go to. Huge variety, little containers, no complicated tools. The basic play doh tools or any cookie cutters or random kitchen utensil do just fine. Best play doh set for the price. Plus eliminates the hassle and saves the plastic from a novelty set from a landfill.

The kids refer to us as the playdough house at Halloween time. 20+ years handing these out to kids instead of candy. We disappointed the trick-or-treaters last year when we handed out slap bracelets and Halloween ducks. I guess call it a trick. Kids would rather be treated with playdough! :-) Whatever isn't handed out gets stored with the holiday decorations until the next year, and we usually order more to be sure not to run out.

These are small tubs and arrived as described. While kids love the big assortment of colors, the amount of the play doh in each tub is pretty small...it's honestly not enough for them to do much with so they ended up mixing the colors together just to have enough to play with.

I bought this for my after school extended care kids. They were SOOO excited!!! Has so many different types & colors!! It's the smallest tubs but with 65 different tubs there's A LOT of Play-Doh for the price. Having so many helps me with having many little hands to play with it... no fighting because there are so many choices. So worth it, even if you are buying for your own kids!!!
