Works well

This was easy to assemble and I’ve found so many more uses for it than I originally bought it for which was sublimating clothing, accessories, and mugs. For example, I use it as a large iron to press out wrinkles on material I use in clothing production. It’s a quick and inexpensive answer to making custom labels. And gets that dry-cleaner crisp look on the button down and sleeve of a business shirt. For safety, the bottom platen slides out to place product on keeping your hands from getting burnt, the bottom feet are suction cups to secure to your tabletop, and the handles on the top platen stay cool to the touch which help me swing everything in the proper position. I’m quite pleased with this product!

Went on the cheap with this one. Thought, “Hey, includes 8 different parts to do other products. Sure, why not?!”Here are the reasons why not (and I HATE to leave bad reviews, but…):1. The click. At 330°, the temp I need for shirts, every 5-10 times I move the arm down to press something, I get a clicking from the mechanism. Then, I get a faster clicking, like it’s switching the heat element on and off. I even got a pop one time. Scared me a little. I thought it would subside due to it being new, but nope, it’s still there. I consistently have to cycle through the set button to make it stop. So dumb.2. Will not stay down. This last week or so, I have been unable to keep the press engaged down at any pressure. I’ve adjusted everything but it will NOT stay down. At first, I’d wiggle it and it’d stay, but now it doesn’t stay down AT ALL. So dumb.I do not recommend this press if you’re doing even moderately frequent use. You get what you pay for, and for me, it’s shopping for another press.

Excellent product

I bought this in 2022. It was working great; I have a clothing brand & we do some production in-house. We mainly used the t-shirt press and the hat press. One day, I believe sometime in February 2024, I was trying to switch from the t-shirt press to the hat press and the plug-in for the heat press got stuck and we never figured out how to get it un-stuck. It still pressed well, so we decided to simply keep using it for t-shirts and use our handheld Cricut press for hats. An inconvenience and kind of dangerous as it's not a hat press, but we did what we had to do.Fast forward to May, I was working on some products and as I was lowering the press, the pull-down bar completely snapped off! I've never seen anything like that happen before. I didn't change any height settings or anything and I'm only 150 lbs, so how that happened, I couldn't tell you. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement because it really got the job done, it just wasn't a durable as I thought it was.

Great for beginners

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this time I feel like I need to let everyone know Before they buy. The metal to metal grinding causes the clamp to loosen more and more each time. Heats up great but the grinding metal to metal is awful and there's a lot of it. I've only owned it for a month and it's already not clamping tightly and is wobbly. I have not used this product oft and try to return it because of unsatis factory with this item and they will not let me because of a week and a half over thirty days.

I got this heat press in August for my business. It works really well for everything I am printing on. My mug press quit working and the seller was able to send me a replacement. The seller worked with me and responded quickly to my message. Would recommend buying this heat press from this developer! Thank you for going above and beyond!
