I have personal suffered from ache, and young adult. Been in this product for years, it works great all skin types. Cost affective, no scent which is great. Best way to use this product is damp face with warm water, add a small amount pinkie nail size all over, then wash off. 4 to 6 cups of water, daily and a low saturated fat foods. If ache is real bad no cheese for at less 30rd days to retain your pores. Use only once a day at night and pat face in the morning warm water bounty paper towel wipe face. Use product for three month for best results. Watch the difference you will never purchase another product. Everything I mentioned, I personal did myself and I an ache free to this day.
