we bought two of these along with the ASHATA PCI-E Card Adapter and I wrote a shell script based linux program to create a mp3 usb duplicator for a charity that distributes usb sticks of our recordings. weve been using that for around six months now without issues. the hardware from amazon is installed in a 10 year old amd athlon PC, and the whole lot works out much cheaper than the commercial duplicators that are around £1500.

The only thing that I have to mark this down on is the fact it's very short and therefore will not easily lock into place in some cases. Otherwise it's great. I ended up having to do a bit of "adjustment" to mine to fasten it into the case properly.

Quick delivery, easy to install. no more faffing around the back of PC to connect usb's. Build quality is very good.

Makes life easy. Not hzrd to install. Sticks out a few millimetres but not a problem for me.

今使っているPCの筐体(きょうたい)の全面USBスロットが4つしかなかったので増設のため購入しました。ですが４つ+８つで12になると思ったらさにあらず。ポート分岐コネクタを使っても８つ以上に増やすことはかないませんでした。それでもキーボード用、無線マウス用、ドングル用、外付けSSD用、お絵かき用片手デバイス用と繋いでもポートが余るので重宝しております。旧ポートは目隠しで塞いじゃいました。自作をする人にとっていいパワーアップパーツになると思います。

I connected it and it got damaged immediately. Burnt smell comes from the item.It works even though.

前側にUSBソケットが２個しかなかったので追加。 Windows11 Proでも動作してますし、性能としては問題ありません。 星1つ減の理由として、この機器は短いので片側ねじ止めの筐体だと、ねじと反対側のUSBソケットを差し込んだり、抜いたりするときに少し動きます。

Installed in my bays with almost no effort, connected to my motherboard. Great alternative to a seperate external USB hub, less clutter. The USB 3.0 is a nice bonus.
