I got this cooler for the workplace. Having the ability to heat water was the main reason I purchased this item over a standard no frills water cooler. The added cost of the heating element is well worth it.

I'm so happy with this purchase. The water jug does not come with the cooler. Easy to install. The cold id cold and the hot is hot. I like I can make a cup of tea immediately. I dont have to wait for water to heat in the kettle. The small door at the bottom is useless for me. Its very shallow and short. The unit is easy to clean. I've had it for 2 & 1/2 years and it still works great.

I wish it would flow more water out and it doesn’t get as cold as I would like it to.

MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR ON HOW TO SET UP. WATER COMES OUT VERY SLOW.

Not much to say. It's a water cooler. You put the bottle in and push the button. And it works

At first I got carried away by the criticisms of others about this product, but I took a risk and bought it and until today it was a very good purchase, it worked super well for me. and it has not failed in anything and it is also excellent and of good quality.
