I am very happy with this brand. I think it's my 3rd Synhope water flosser. It's ideal for me because I travel a lot, so it being small, portable and effective are important features. This is to replace my old flosser that stopped working after about 2 years. I feel that I should add that this is my second replacement order. I returned the first flosser because it was faulty. This one works perfectly.

This is fantastic. It lasts for ages between charges. Does the job better than my full sized one. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent product as I had one previously that has lasted several years. Sadly a black one was delivered when I ordered a white one and I have had to return it.

Like so many reviewers, I have to pint out that when this was working it was great, but it has failed now day after the return window! It now just makes a loud clicking sound - like cogs are slipping. Such a shame. I'm hoping the seller will allow me to return the item for a replacement as I am only 1 day outside the return window. Seller?

I bought this in advance of a round the world trip that took 7 weeks. I used the flosser every day and had excellent results with it and it never gave a moment's trouble. The multiple strengths of the water jet worked well and filling was easy, depending on how much clearance there was on hotel bathroom taps! For the prospective buyer, I found the rubber seal that covers the charging point a little delicate, but with care and attention to dryness it shouldn't be a problem. The same goes for the swivel cover of the water tank, but again all it needs is due care. Everyone's experience will be different with any product, but I'm happy to write this review and recommend the water flosser. Now that I'm home I'm continuing to use it.

I had one of these for two years or more and loved it … I used it twice a day without fail but, unfortunately, left it in a lodging when on holiday.I then ordered a replacement (same model) but it was sluggish and kept stopping so I returned it.Not willing to give up on it I ordered another (same model) but am returning it as, again, it kept stopping and then no water came out of the nozzle.However, even though I’ve had two that didn’t work I have ordered one again because it’s such a great gadget when it works! My mouth feels amazing after use as it just gets into all crevices and I’m so hoping the replacement will be as good as the model I had to begin with.
