Not waterproof. Not even long lasting.
Colors are nice but eyeliner does not last more than an hour or so. Waterproof is a lie. Cheap pencils. Save your money.

Huge hit at my house!
Bought these for myself but my kids fell in love with these! They are very beautiful colors , they glide right on .They are fun to use.They brighting your eyes right up . They are so fun to use They are waterproof did not cause any eye irritation or anything. They last the whole day I will be buying myself a set !!

selling opened eye products
didn’t even include all of the liners mentioned on the box i only received 13 out of 15 and the box and marks on it as if the pencils had been opened - when it’s an eye product especially it’s really scary to think that it might have been opened and resold.
