The device has great potential and worked great. Once I hit the year mark, the timer just died and constantly beeps and and flashes on 12:00. It won't connect any more and just beeps and flashes. So great while it lasted but not worth the price to last a year. I would not recommend this deviceEDIT** it's now a a bit of time later since my post. I got in contact with customer service with 24 hours. They were very respectful and fast. They made sure the device problem was resolved and addressed. It has been working great since they sent their resolve out for a part. I am very pleased with this.

This timer is everything and more. Features that I love: 1) integration of Bluetooth to pair with your phone, 2) Simple platform that is easily programmed from your mobile device, 3) Display and sound is very clear and crisp, 4) It allows for use of an HR monitor, 5) Your ability to play music from other apps while using the timer, 5) The quality of the timer build and how it was designed, 6) Customization settings that allow you to program your timer the way you want. If you are looking for more structure to your workout, this is it. Although one of the more pricey options, it is well worth the investment. Pull the trigger, it is worth the investment and wait. I purchased a used one on here and it came quickly. The brand new option was back ordered and was mot going to arrive on time (I waited a month to no avail).

Update: I reviewed this a little over a month ago and gave 3/5 stars due to a faulty wire. However, I am updating it to a 5/5 because the overall clock/app for it were great and the customer service to get my issue resolved was even better. Duane, the owner, reached back out to me about the warranty and sent a new one to me within 7-10 days..during the holidays!Ordered this piece of equipment several months ago. Worked great at my gym. Easy to change the settings and different timers.However, the plug wire was flimsy after unpacking it. Wrapped it in electrical tape to protect it and make it more sturdy. A few days ago the clock turned off. Took the tape off and the wires were exposed. Clock no longer works because the power supply is busted.

I bought this for my home gym and really liked how it kept me on target for my workouts with the clock however, almost exactly one year later it stopped working. Will not turn on. Not sure what their warranty is. I’m gonna try to contact them.

I bought this timer in October 2017. I work out (CrossFit) at home 3-5 days a week and use it every time. It has Standard (for time, up or down), EMOM, Interval, Tabata, Rounds, and more. It is so easy to use. Your phone is your remote (and also displays the timer) so there is no remote to lose or break or need batteries AND your music will lower so that you can hear all prompts clearly (3,2,1,GO... Rest...). After 6 1/2 years, I dropped it and broke it. :( Crushed. Just bought a new one.

I love most things about this timer. Lots of options! Super Bright! Very Loud! Endless options with the app. Dual voltage. Very sturdy!Things that could be improved:Can only be used if plugged in.The cord only plugs in on 1 side and the cord isn’t that long.

This timer rocks. It's been the perfect addition to our regimen of team training and individualized custom training. We've got about 1,600 sq ft of gym space...and the visual display can be seen from every corner of the room. Any one of our members can download the app and control the work/rest time periods...which makes it a crucial element to our training program. The app is easy to use...and the variations of work/rest customization options...along with the app storing the set-ups in its memory...just makes it an outstanding, well thought out tool. This is especially helpful for AMRAP workouts. Well done, Duane...you and your team have done a great job. Huge thanks to you for sending out a replacement power cord. Gotta go...time to sweat.

Product works great - has an app that makes it extremely easy to program the timer. Looks great. Has a good weight to it. Stands up excellent over the past few years.The charger broke a few years in. I emailed the company and the CEO sent me a new one within 48 hours, arrived within 4 days of the problem. Most exceptionally positive customer service experience I've had with a product in a long time.Couldn't recommend more highly.
