Excellent product!
I bought this THERABAND resistance band set to use at home for strength training and some light physical therapy work, and it has been excellent so far. The bands feel durable and high quality, not like the cheap ones that snap or lose elasticity quickly. Each band has a different resistance level, which makes it easy to progress as you get stronger or adjust depending on the exercise. I’ve been using them for stretching, shoulder rehab, and adding resistance to basic workouts, and they’ve held up really well. They’re also lightweight and easy to store, which makes them perfect for travel or quick workouts without needing bulky equipment. What I appreciate most is how versatile they are. You can use them for full-body training, rehab exercises, or just warming up. They’re simple but very effective. Perfect for pallof presses
Good set of bands. Exactly what I used at physical therapy a couple years ago. The green one is especially perfect for doing pallof presses. Knot one end, stick it through a strong door, then wrap the other end around your fists.

thickness isn’t as thick as expected
pretty good, thickness is thinner than i thought, resistance is weaker than i thought for the beginner stuff, very portable but very long, stability is meh.

Quality brand
QUALITY. Kid uses this brand at competitive gymnastics practice and asked to buy a few for home. They never seemed to go on sale.

Not much resistance…
Little resistance. The blue/black/grey set is too light. This seems like a beginner set. Older Therabands have more resistance and are thicker. Not sure where to get a better product but would return if I hadn’t used them. Will make do.

Can't beat this brand
Therabands are the real thing. I have tried no name versions of these bands and they don't work as well as Therabands. For some reason these bands make you exert force over a wider range of stretch
