Amber Tinted - S14 Bulbs - 25 Patio Light String Bulbs

Yes, as with all bulbs I've bought through various companies, the cool colors (green and blue) tend to bleach out in the sun quickly. Warm colors (red, orange and yellow) will hold their color for a long time. I ordered these amber lights and strung them up yesterday and LOVE their warm light. Will definitely purchase again and, if I think of it, will update this review in August or September. I am confident they will hold up through the summer at the very least. Pardon my terrace, it's under renovation.

I was about to reorder some colour lights for Christmas and wanted to finally write my review.. I used these amber lights last Autumn and they looked great. I eventually changed them out and used them for all my indoor sconces and I LOVED the way it gave a soft glow. I wouldn't recommend this if this is the only source of light in the room. But they held up and will be coming out again this season. Maybe because I use the clear white for longer periods, I seem to be replacing them far more often than these amber bulbs, which have held up though the breezy weather..

They don’t look as orange as I hoped, more amber. But, they work well enough. 4 stars because one of the bulbs arrived broken. Didn’t want to return the whole box because of one broken bulb, but still a little aggravating! Otherwise, they’re fine. Last year I bought a box of reds and a box of greens, and those are really great in terms of color!

The bulbs work great. They were not what I was looking for. I wanted a solid orange for Halloween, but these are clear light amber. More of a warm ambient color, not a real orange. But the quality and price are good.

Looks great for Fall. Porch looks great.

I've used these during the month of October 2 years in a row now and they are still working great! Ive had other bulbs that dont work after being in storage, but not these! They look super cool too. :)
