I’m really happy with this set of LE TAUCI ceramic pie pans. They feel substantial and well-made, and the deep-dish shape gives plenty of room for generous fillings (great for fruit pies, pot pies, and quiche). The ruffled/fluted rim is more than just pretty, it makes it easier to crimp a nice-looking crust and gives you a solid grip when moving the dish in and out of the oven. Baking performance has been excellent: the ceramic heats steadily, so the filling cooks through and the crust comes out nicely baked without hot spots. Cleanup is easy, and I love that they can go oven-to-table and still look elegant. Pros: sturdy ceramic, deep capacity, pretty fluted edge, bakes evenly, easy to clean, convenient two-pack. Cons: like most ceramics, they’re a bit heavier than metal pans, just handle with care to avoid chips. Overall, a great upgrade if you want reliable pie plates that look nice enough to serve straight from.

Theses are great! They come in beautiful colors. My pie crust doesn’t stick to the pie pan. They are a nice and deep. I love them. If you like to bake, get them.

I got these because I wanted something safe to cook pies and cakes in. This was definitely worth the money. They cook/bake well. I've used them for pies, cakes, rolls, and even cornbread. They're very easy to clean. They are on the heavy side, but not that bad. The size is good and I thought the color was really cute. You don't even need to take your pie out of it because it looks nice as is!

It's a beautiful deep dish pie plate. The color is a deep shiny red. I love the crimped edges around the pie plate. I bought one for myself and one for My niece. She loved it too.

They look good, and work well but they are close to 11 inches and if using store bought pie crusts they are 9 inches. That’s my only issue

Pretty, love the white clean look . Used for stuffing , quiche and pies …. I think the weight is substantial, just enough weight . A step up from oven to table with a nice presentation!!
