What is it supose to do?

Some people enjoy using it in tea or other foods, but I use it medicinally for topical application only. The flavor is very powerful and not one I like, so I use normal honey for enjoyment purposes, lol. I primarily use it as a mask to treat acne and to give my skin an extra layer of moisture. My skin feels incredible and soft after being treated with this, and the honey’s naturally anti-bacterial nature smothers the germs. As a side note, manuka honey is also a prescription medication used to treat burns, wounds, and aide in scar healing. That product is called MediHoney, which I use in place of Neosporin as it is more effective (in my opinion), and leans away from antibiotic treatment options. So yeah, this honey really is all that.

It is less than a teaspoon, about 1/2 teaspoon

Absolutely no clue, but incredibly good stuff-expensive but well worth the price
