I was looking to purchase a stylish bottle stopper as well as an aerator and found this set so ordered it. The aerator seems to work well and I could tell the difference when I poured two glasses of the same red, one using the aerator and one without. I'm glad i purchased this item. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because the bottle stopper doesn't work so well. I tried to use it in the same glass and the top o-ring is slightly bulging and wont fit in my bottle. The "chrome" ball also twists off very easily and reveals a bunch of rust. I'll be looking for another bottle stopper shortly.

Item packaged well, and arrived as indicated. I am a big fan of aerators, as wine tastes better and is smoother when poured with an aerator! I would prefer this aerator did not make so much noise when pouring (have had others that were quieter), but other than that, I love it!

The skirt at the bottom isn't liked by the person I gave this to. It seems to aerate ok and fits in the bottles ok.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for a couple that enjoys wine.They've been using it pretty regularly over the past several months and really like it!While I'm hardly a wine connoisseur, even my uneducated palate was able to distinguish a difference with/without the aerator.Functional and easy to use/clean, I deem it a worthwhile investment for wine lovers.

My nephew had one of these aerators. I bought one for myself after experiencing his. It really does make a difference in the taste, because we tried pouring one glass with the aerator, and one without. It doesn really make a difference. Glad I have one for my house, because I do enjoy a nice bottle of wine from time to time.

Got it as a gift for my girlfriend's wedding along with some other stuff but I was a bit disappointed to see that the stopper had some scratches all over. Can't give it to her again because it isn't looking new. On the other hand the aerator works perfectly

Did a before and after taste test and this thing is amazing! Definitely beats pouring into a decanter and waiting for it to aerate. Love it so much I bought one for a birthday gift and I'm stocking up for the holidays. Such a great price for the value!
