Q: I have a 42 inch waist what size belt should i get

This belt is made to fit the hips, it’s way bigger than 42”

Q: How does this differ from a dip belt? i have the spud inc low pulley and am wanting to set up for belt squats but i already have a rogue dip belt.

I had a dip belt as well and wanted to make my own belt squat by elevating myself off the ground with two blocks with a space between them for my weight plates. When I put the dip belt on with the chain it was to uncomfortable for me when I loaded it up with weight. The chain would dig into my inner thighs and the belt never felt comfortable. I bought the Spud belt and it was much more comfortable because it doesn’t have chains. The belt is very thick and durable and feels like you can tow a truck with it where the dip belt didn’t feel as durable over a heavy load and it had a lot of swing to it as well. I feel like for the cost of the spud belt and a few 2 by 12’s I was able to build my own belt squat rack and I use it all the time and get the work out I want out of it.
